When will you be relocating? You may need to interview several agents to find one that meshes well with you and who you deem to be the most knowledgeable. I recommend calling a few that you have found on this or other sites as a good starting point. Good luck with your house hunt!

Antiock and rural don't go together. However, there are outlying areas within 15-20 miles that will fit the home and acerage request. Just let me know your full requirements and I will send you a list if you wish. Thanks!

Antioch is more of a suburb area instead of rural. If you would like a list of "farms" in/or around the Nashville area, please feel free to contact my office. Please be more specific in your needs. Example, Acreage, how many bedrooms. Fenced, Barns, Ponds, etc. We will start your search for the perfect home! Best Wishes, and hope to hear from you soon! Patty Page,GRI.ABR.CRS

Farm in Antioch? That's not really something available in that area. Antioch is a suburb, not a rural area.

Most likely, the farmland you are seeking will be in the Lavergne or Smyrna communities, which are closeby to the Antioch area.Antioch itself is more densely populated so no farmland available for sale but there are available properties in Lavergne,Smyrna(Rutherford County)communities.I will be happy to email further information on some properties that fit the criteria you give me.Hope to hear from you soon!

I would recommend talking with a mortgage professional to get prequalified as your first step. Once you have done that feel free to use to search the nashvillehousehunt to search entire MLS for properties, or if you would like to speak to a Realtor with experience in this area please feel free to email me from this site Good luck and happy house hunting!
