Your search filters are really poor.

You need to filter by Structure Type, single unit free standing, etc. Westsiderentals.com has great filtering.

You may want to filter by Area, Type of sale (Standard, Short sale, REO and etc. Then, property type (Single Family, Condo, Townhouse and etc.) Work on the square footage and lot size. Focus on the 3 L, do not sweat on the 4 C. Location, Lot size and layout. Condition, Color, Clutter and Cleanliness Find a LOCAL Realtor to help you search. Get a Realtor who knows the neighborhood well. Good luck.

Filtering is base on your needs and wants, bedrooms, bathrooms, location. It is impossible to find the perfect fit so add up your likes and dislikes and reach a compromise.

First and foremost when speaking of Residential Properties you filter by (1) Area; (2) Property type; (3) Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, family room etc.. (4) Price and finally (5) interior and then exterior square footage.
